Work Experience
As part of our efforts to get more people involved with nature conservation, we provide opportunities for people to gain experience in the sector. Our aim is to provide opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities.
At Heath Hands we:
encourage participation through our activities and youth volunteering
provide volunteering opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to gain skills and knowledge
offer placements as part of school work experience week
offer paid work experience placements targeted specifically at people from underrepresented backgrounds to help people progress their career
Current Vacancy
We are recruiting for a part-time Activity Assistant to help deliver our events and interpretation programmes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for nature conservation. You will need to be available on weekends throughout the Summer.
