Heath & Hampstead Society - Birds of the Heath in Autumn

A guided walk organised by The Heath and Hampstead Society, lead by Pete Mantle.

‘Despite its urban location there’s always something interesting to spot on the Heath: Dartford Warbler  (this year! – the first time since WWII), Alpine Swift and Bittern, have all come our way before! Nothing promised … but you never know. And with Pete leading the walk – you couldn’t have a better guide to the Heath’s birds. ‘

Bring binoculars and sturdy shoes / boots.

The meeting point is Burgh House at 9:00am.
