Golders Hill Park

Golders Hill Park adjoins West Heath and unlike most of Heath has a more amenity planted style, with several formal gardens:

  • The Water Garden: Lush wetland plants and serene ponds, with quiet places for contemplation.

  • The Walled Garden: A gorgeous aromatic collection of mediterranean plants around a sunny courtyard and fountain centerpiec.

  • The Stumpery and Squirrel Trail: A haven for the park’s wildlife, and agreat activity for kids.

  • The Arboretum: A collection of trees from around the world, including Giant Sequoias.

As well as the gardens, Golders Hill Park has its very own zoo home to a diverse collection of animals, including red-necked wallabies, scottish wildcats, fallow deer, bantam chickens and more! The zoo is free to visit, and perfect for families.

The Golders Hill Park Bandstand hosts open air concerts with local bands across the summer months.
