Tribute to Bobby

A memorial celebration will be held on Saturday 3rd October in honour of our founder and first chair, Bobby de Joia, who died last year. Join us at a special reception in Whitestone Garden at 12 noon, where a dedicated bench will be carved in the shape of two hands to commemorate Bobby's tremendous legacy to the Heath.

Heath Hands volunteers are also very welcome to attend The Vale of Health Society's memorial tree planting ceremony on the Heath above Greenmoor, (Bobby's home for 30 years) at 11am that morning.

RSVP and further information, contact Loretta at West Lodge.
